Business Transformation Manager

One of the Big Four professional services firms is seeking a Business Transformation Manager to lead and manage high-impact transformation initiatives with a specialized focus on designing and overseeing technology solutions. This role is responsible for driving organizational change and innovation by translating transformation goals into actionable technology requirements and roadmaps. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in solution architecture, project management, and business analysis, particularly within Agile and DevOps environments.

Responsibilities:

• Design technology solutions and roadmaps that align with organizational transformation objectives, ensuring support for both current initiatives and future scalability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define and implement technology policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with broader transformation strategies.
• Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet rigorous requirements for scalability, security, and reliability throughout the transformation lifecycle.
• Assess emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations to enhance the organization's transformation journey.
• Provide expert guidance to technical teams and effectively communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders to ensure organizational alignment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• More than 5 years of experience in solution architecture or a related field, with a strong background in software development and system integration.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, service-oriented architecture, microservices, and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms and a deep understanding of cybersecurity and data privacy best practices.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in regulated industries (Financial Services/Healthcare) is an advantage.
