Business Transformation Manager (Cebu Based)

We are looking for someone who can lead our newly created business transformation team that will be focused in finding different and quicker ways to drive our business strategies, deliver process and cost improvements all while improving our services to our customers' satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Engineering, Finance, Logistics, Business and / or solid experience in the Supply Chain, Logistics and Transportation industries


• Business consulting and Audit experience is a plus


• Experience of all stages of transformational management – from business analysis and requirement gathering through to execution and post live evaluation


• High energy style, flexible and adaptive, with the ability to work well in a very fast paced environment 


• Exceptional collaboration and interpersonal skills


• Results oriented with ability to drive change with different stakeholders and able to work with all levels of the organization
