Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement and lead the execution of strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability;
• Identify market opportunities to expand the brand’s presence/ awareness and market share;
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring consistent quality of services, efficient processes, and optimal cost management;
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies to achieve volume targets;
• Establish and maintain strong and sustainable customer relationships;
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, providing training, development, and performance management for the team.
• This role will be starting from scratch and will work closely with the GM of The Spa Wellness in developing the new business.
