• Ensures Villas presentation is maintained at a high level of quality and always ready for occupancy. 
  
• Delivers personalized service to our guests in line with the standards of the company
  
• To have the eye for detail and the sensitivity to read guest's preferences, likes, dislikes, to ensure an excellent overall experience.
  
• Provides food and beverage service to guests using excellent customer service skills.
  
• Attends training schedule to enhance skills and knowledge.
  
• Listen apologizes with empathy, finds solution and follows through when resolving guest problems or any situational matter
  
• Interact with guest in a discreet and professional manner.
  
• Actively participate in the preparation of VIP guest arrivals and in departures.
  
• Actively participate in the greeting, welcoming and farewell of guest in a sincere and professional manner
  
• Actively participate in the smooth process of arrival and departure.
  

Requirements

• Must be fluent in oral, reading and written in Mandarin for Chinese, Malaysian, or Taiwanese and Korean language for Koreans.
  
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or any related course
  
• Have a well -groomed, professional appearance and demeanor
  
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft application such as MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
  
• Proficiency in spoken and written English is required
  
• With a minimum of 1 -2 years of experience as a butler or in Food and Beverage.
  
• With knowledge in Concierge, Housekeeping and Front Office
  
• Has an ability to plan and create itineraries of the guest. Knowledgeable on the areas across the city.
  
• Excellent guest relations and communications skills.
