Our client is hiring for a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (SALES)! Be part of the pioneer team!
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s or associate’s degree.
– At least 3 years of work experience in sales to a BPO company in any account.
– Experience in a healthcare or trading industry is a plus.
– Experience in handling clients in the US, AU, or UK is a plus.
– Experience in cold calling, and excellent communication skills.
– Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City, from Monday to Friday, day shift.
– Can start ASAP
Duties & Responsibilities:
– Convert prospective warm leads into new clients by effectively communicating our company’s products and benefits.
– Address and resolve client inquiries, particularly those related to trading, in a timely and efficient manner.
– Utilize various communication channels, including phone calls, online chats, and social media, to engage with potential clients.
– Provide exceptional support to clients through phone calls, online chats, and other social media channels.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their ongoing satisfaction with our products and services.
– Monitor client activity and feedback, providing regular updates and reports to the sales and management teams.
Salary – 40k- 50k
