Key Responsibilities
Drive the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns that support new product launches, regional initiatives, and sales motions
Develop campaign briefs, frameworks, and timelines in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring each campaign aligns with business priorities and delivers measurable outcomes against strategic objectives
Collaborate closely with demand generation, brand & communications, customer success teams, and sales teams to build cohesive, persona-aligned campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion throughout the buyer journey
Build campaign-ready assets that support full-funnel execution including landing pages, sales outreach sequences, customer case studies, website copy, and video scripts
Monitor campaign performance in real time, identify opportunities to iterate, and scale successful motions with repeatable playbooks, standardized briefs, and campaign calendars
Own and improve campaign processes, documentation, and planning cadences to drive alignment, efficiency, and speed to market
Leverage buyer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence to inform campaign strategy, refine messaging, and ensure relevance across segments, regions, and personas
Deliver clear, data-driven reporting on campaign results including pipeline impact, engagement metrics, and ROI, to inform stakeholders, guide future investment decisions, and champion a culture of accountability and results across all marketing initiatives
Essential Qualifications
4+ years of B2B marketing experience leading full-funnel campaigns across global markets and diverse personas from development to execution
Strong collaboration skills and cross-functional experience working with demand generation, creative, sales, and customer success teams
Advanced proficiency with HubSpot and other marketing automation platforms
Demonstrated success leading product launches and building repeatable campaign frameworks aligned to business goals
Proven track record implementing and optimizing marketing processes that deliver measurable results
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing strategic thinking with tactical execution in a fast-paced environment
Optional Qualifications
Proficiency with AI tools and a forward-thinking mindset for integrating AI into campaign planning, execution, and performance optimization
Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) and customer segmentation strategies
Experience managing marketing projects through structured methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)
