Campaign Operations Specialist - Platform

Campaign Operations Specialist is responsibleto conduct quality assurance to ensure campaigns are launching correctly in the IQVIA Media Operating System (IMOS). And is responsible for campaign pacing analysis and reporting.

• Campaign Quality Assurance (QA)
  • Campaign setups including creative rotation + budget QA
• Develops Awareness of> IQVIA Media Operating System (IMOS) capabilities
  • Audience Builder (Audience Creation)
  • Campaign Management - This section is used for Campaign QA
  • Reporting (Campaign Performance + Physician Level Data Reporting)- This section is used for Campaign Analytics
  • Measurement
• Develops Awareness of>
  • Industry Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Client = Pharma Brand KPIs specific to campaign(s)
• Campaign Reporting/Analytics>
  • Campaign pacing analysis across campaigns> They look at the CPMs, frequency, and CTRs and reporting if anything needs to be adjusted.
  • Minimum weekly performance evaluations> looking holistically at the campaigns (i.e. past 5 day budget/ spend trends) to ensure they are hitting the client KPIs
  • Contribute insights to client summary regarding *new* campaign performance
  • Update client performance reports in advance of client status meetings (bi-monthly or monthly status calls)
  • Prepares monthly client summary regarding campaign performance

Qualification:

• Atleast 1 year Campaign experience
• Amenable to work in Mckinley Taguig
• Willing to work in graveyard shift
