About Fella Health

Fella Health helps middle-aged men live 10 years longer.

We are the telemedicine clinic for bigger guys, worldwide. We use medical weight loss treatment to solve our fellas' most pressing healthcare need, then remain a fella's core healthcare provider for the rest of their life - focused on men's health, longevity, mental health, and primary care.

We will have served 1 million fellas by the end of 2026, and 10 million fellas by the end of 2028.

Our mission is to solve male obesity worldwide, by accelerating the take-up of GLP-1s in middle-aged men. From this, we’ll become the world’s leading men’s health brand.

We’ve grown >130x since Sept 2022 (currently growing >30% MoM) and are strongly cashflow positive . We have expanded our state coverage to >95% of US population, have started to expand our clinical protocol beyond weight (e.g. testosterone), and are eyeing up international expansion.

We're still a young startup and are moving quickly. We have a long way to go. This is still Day 1.

The opportunity as a Team Lead

As a Team Lead at Fella Health, you will be at the heart of our operations, crucially influencing team performance and elevating our service delivery. Your leadership, coaching, and management skills will be key in guiding a dynamic team towards achieving operational excellence and exceptional client satisfaction.

You will report directly to the Operations Lead, Arvee, and collaborate closely with other key leaders, including the Systems Lead and Process Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership: Lead a team of care coordinators, ensuring they are motivated and well-supported in their daily tasks.

  • Operational Management: Maintain smooth operations and continually seek improvements to enhance efficiency.

  • Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with patients to keep everyone well-informed.

  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize effective training sessions to enhance team skills.

  • Problem Solving: Address issues promptly and manage escalations with skill and care.

  • Coaching: Regularly mentor team members to help them achieve their professional goals.

  • SLA Management: Oversee that all team activities consistently meet or exceed our service standards.

  • Client Experience: Proactively enhance client satisfaction by delivering superior service and anticipating their needs.

  • Proactive Innovation: Actively propose and implement changes aimed at improving client experiences, collaborating across teams for success.

Need to have

  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, driving high performance and fostering a positive work environment.

  • Operational Management: Robust skills in managing daily operations, with a track record of effectively overseeing team activities.

  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring clear and productive interactions within the team and with clients.

  • Coaching: Proven expertise in coaching and mentoring team members, promoting professional growth and a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, adept at addressing challenges and enhancing operational efficiency.

  • Client Orientation: Solid experience in handling client interactions, with a focus on boosting client satisfaction and loyalty.

  • SLA Management: Well-versed in monitoring and meeting service level agreements, ensuring all performance metrics are achieved.

  • Language: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

  • Experience: Maybe you have 3+ years in a leadership or management role.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Compensation : $25k-$30k/yr total compensation (salary + equity)

  • Vacation : PTO with a yearly minimum (>2wks/yr + local national holidays)
