Accountabilities:

• Serves as the Admin of Adyen and Stripe by:
• Granting access to requestors (Credit Controllers, Customer Support, Business Units) 
• Increase credit limit of Credit Controllers to facilitate credit card payments
• Sends Paypal’s dispute transactions to Evolve Team
• Facilitates fraud related inquiries to Customer Support on matters of blocking the card, safelisting the customer, among others
• Reports credit card dashboard as to increase/decrease of chargeback transactions
• Process Chargebacks
• Produces reports and provides status updates of E-payments
• Performs routine assignments in the entry level to a professional job progressio
• Receives instruction, guidance and direction from others
• Handles adhoc assigned to Cash Applications Team

Qualifications:

• Requires a College or University degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
• Understanding of financial accounting and internal control.
• 1 - 2 year experience in an international Cash Apps environment. 
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail
