Qualifications:

Valid PHRN and USRN licenses
Bachelor's degree in nursing
3 to 5 years of recent clinical experience in Medical-Surgical, ICU, Telemetry, or Emergency Department settings
Minimum of 1 year of experience in team management

Summary of Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the medical coding team to ensure prompt and precise documentation of medical records
Review and audit coded data to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to coding standards and payer requirements
