Position : Property Agent Coordinator

Work Hours : Flexible, 4 to 5 hours overlap

Pay Range : $800 - $900

About the job

The role of Personal Assistant requires a commitment to the position for at least two years. The role is not strictly confined to traditional office hours. While there are routine tasks that require daily attention for approximately 4-5 hours, such as managing spreadsheets and providing updates, the remainder of the hours can be flexible to accommodate ad hoc requests from the agents. Given the nature of the role, availability during weekends is expected to ensure timely updates and support. However, we understand the importance of work-life balance and do not expect candidates to work every day for extended hours. Flexibility in scheduling will be considered to ensure a healthy work environment for the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing calendars for multiple property agents
  • Monitoring and responding to chats promptly
  • Prompting for updates on client calls via phone calls or text messages
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and other relevant documents
  • Consistently following up with agents via phone calls
  • Summarize the calls the agents have with clients and send them in the chat
  • Demonstrating a proactive attitude and good work ethic
  • Efficiently managing multiple chats across various WhatsApp accounts
  • Remaining focused and organized amidst a fast-paced work environment

Requirements

  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet management
  • Comfortable with making phone calls to follow up with clients and colleagues
  • Consistent and reliable in task completion
  • Positive attitude and proactive approach to tasks
  • Be assertive on company policies when communicating with the agents
  • Strong calendar management skills
  • Ability to multitask comfortably
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
