Job Description - Chatting Specialist (ONSITE)

Engage with customers via online platforms to build relationships & close sales.

Promote products and services with a professional and friendly tone.

Handle inquiries, resolve objections, and close sales by impersonating our client.

Meet or exceed monthly performance metrics, such as:

Number of chats handled.

Conversion rates.

Total sales generated.

Requirements

Proficient in written English; no formal

degree required.

Motivated to meet and exceed sales goals.

Willing to work in our Cebu City office.

Sales experience is an advantage but not

required—we provide full training.
