JOB DESCRIPTIONS :
The Chef de Partie is responsible for preparing high-quality food, overseeing their station, and ensuring exceptional guest service. They must demonstrate skill, consistency, and professionalism, providing courteous service to guests and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and handling complaints courteously.
- Manage and oversee assigned station, ensuring food is prepared according to standards, clean, and organized.
- Follow recipes, minimize waste, and control food costs.
- Train staff on food preparation and presentation, and suggest menu improvements.
- Maintain equipment and supplies carefully, promote punctuality and grooming standards among staff.
- Adhere to hotel policies, safety, hygiene, and local regulations.
- Be adaptable to departmental needs, participate in training, and support other areas as required.
Requirements
- Candidates should have relevant culinary skills and experience, with a proven ability to deliver quality work reliably and maintain high standards of service.
- Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent
- Flexible with shifts, overtime, holidays, and weekends
- Trained in Food Safety standards (HACCP / ISO22000)
