• At least 5 to 10 years working experience related to tax handling, tax preparation, participation in corporate planning about tax compliance, tax penalties avoidance.
• Comprehensive understanding of the current PEZA and IPAs VAT rules and refund procedures is advantage.
• Strong accounting and finance knowledge principles.
• In-depth ability to interpret and apply tax laws.
• Competent exposure in financial, management and statutory reporting.
• With work experience from a construction industry preferably.
• Independent, active, pro-active and collaborative team player.

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

• Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering.
• PRC license holder in Civil Engineering.
• With minimum of 10 years of work experienced in construction project management.
• Expert in risk management and budget management principles, construction procedures and material and project management principles.
• Comprehensive understanding and ability overseeing the entire construction project.
• Experience in marine construction is advantage.
• Proficient in project management software.
• Independent, active, pro-active and collaborative team player.
• Strategic thinker, innovative and has strong problem-solving skill.
• Ability to deliver high quality of work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven and diverse environment.

QS ENGINEER

• Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering.
• PRC license holder in Civil Engineering is a plus.
• With at least 3 years of work experienced in the construction industry and contract management.
• Proven experience of drafting contractual documents.
• Proficient in handling FIDIC contracts is advantage.
• Sound knowledge in legal aspects of construction projects.
• Has experience in handle claim settlement.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools for quantity surveying.

CHIEF ESTIMATOR

• Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering.
• PRC license holder in Civil Engineering is a plus.
• With at least 3-5 years of work experienced as Estimator.
• Experienced in port construction is advantage.
• Proven experience in contract management, preparation of technical and financial proposals, Material Take-Off (MTO), Bill of Materials (BOM), pricing of materials and equipment.
• Strong exposure in internal and external discussion and presentation of project estimation.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Exceptional mathematical and quantitative skills.
• Independent, active, pro-active and collaborative team player.
• Strategic thinker, innovative and has strong problem-solving skill.
• Ability to deliver high quality of work in a fast-paced, high-volume, deadline-driven and diverse environment.

SALES ENGINEER

• Graduate of any Engineering course, Civil Engineering preferably.
• PRC license holder in Engineering is a plus.
• With at least 2-4 years of work experience as Sales Engineer in a construction company.
• Has experience securing construction project account is an advantage.
• Proven technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience working in construction sites, collaboration with designers, structural engineers, architects, company leaders and decision-makers.
• Holding engineering course degree and with work experience as Insurance and/or Real Estate Agent/Broker or similar industries are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Passionate about sales and achieving sales targets.

• Proven practice and/or training in contract preparation, purchase order monitoring and data management.
• Demonstrable knowledge and application of online and offline marketing tools.
• Passionate about marketing and contribute in sales and profitability of business to drive sustainable growth.
• Independent, active, pro-active and collaborative team player.
• Strategic thinker, innovative and has strong problem-solving skill.
