Chief Resident Engineer-Lower Works (Intl Expert)(Project P)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering 

• Licensed/Registered Civil Engineer 

• Construction Safety Training (OSH/NEBOSH or equivalent) 

• Master’s in Dam, Geotechnical, or Hydraulic Engineering 

• PMP or Project Management certification 

• FIDIC certification 

• Dam safety or tunnelling training

• Minimum 10 years in civil construction 

• At least 10 years in dam or hydropower projects 

• Experience as Resident Engineer/Deputy on major projects 

• Experience in tunnels, cofferdams, diversion, spillways, foundations 

• Experience managing large contractors 

• Experience on donor-funded or international projects preferred 

• FIDIC contract knowledge 

• BIM/digital construction tools 

• Environmental safeguards 

• Claims management 

• Multilingual communication 

• Experience with MDB projects
