Citrix Admin

· Configure, maintain, and optimize Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments.· Good knowledge on Nutanix, Vmware, Azure Cloud or Citrix Cloud, Linux KVM· Good knowledge on Azure VDI· Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to ensure optimal functionality.· Administer user profiles and policies within the Citrix environment.· Troubleshoot and resolve profile-related issues to ensure a smooth end-user experience.· Deploy and manage virtualized applications through Citrix App Layering or other technologies.· Collaborate with application owners to ensure compatibility and seamless delivery.· Implement and maintain security policies related to Citrix environments.· Manage user access permissions and conduct regular access reviews.· Respond to and resolve Citrix-related incidents and service requests at Level 3 support.· Plan and execute Citrix software upgrades and patches.· Stay informed about the latest Citrix releases and recommend updates as needed.· Maintain up-to-date documentation for Citrix configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.· Creation/Modification of Policies Modifications to the existed applications Server based on business requirements.· Managing Policies through NetScaler Hands on experience in Citrix Profile Management Managing of 2FA User Profiles Policies through Citrix NetScaler.· Vendor Coordination (Citrix) - Call Logging/Monitoring/Escalation Necessary support for NetScaler level issue Preparation of MIR for Major Incidents Critical --Application Server Load balance configuration Requirement - Testing/ Analysis/ Installation/ Publishing Gateway configuration and Testing/Analysis of business requirement Load Evaluators/Load Balancing Servers Policies Administration & reconfiguration Virtual IP configure in NetScaler for web service.· Critical Hotfix Installation in Citrix NetScaler. Backup & Restoration of Gateway configuration/ other NetScaler configuration.· Understanding of SSL Certificate and to perform the updates and renewal on Servers and NetScaler device.· Administration of and performing reconfiguration based on requirements Planning and execution of DR Drills based on availability of DR setup and recovery procedures.· Good experience in resolving profile, printer, access, and communication issues on Citrix.· Good knowledge on Nutanix, Vmware, Azure Cloud or Citrix Cloud, Linux KVM· Primary Skills: Citrix Virtual apps and Desktop and Citrix Cloud Xendesktop Xenapp/Azure VDI
