Job Description - Claims Executive

Qualifications:

Graduate of any 4-year bachelors degree.
2–5 years of experience in claims handling, customer service, or insurance-related roles. (motor & non-motor)
Knowledge in vehicle repairs and/or claims processing is an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and claims management systems.
Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
Works well in a team-oriented environment.
