Job Description - Claims Management Lead | Hybrid

About the Role:

The Claims Management Lead is responsible for overseeing the accurate collection, verification, and processing of travel -related expense claims across three businesses. This role ensures compliance with company policies through detailed reconciliation, maintains a centralized travel cost tracker, and supports effective monitoring and control of travel expenditures. The position plays a critical role in ensuring financial accuracy, transparency, and timely reporting of all travel costs.

Job Responsibilities:

•Collect and compile travel – related data
from multiple sources.

•Perform reconciliation and verification
of travel expenses to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

•Record and process travel expense entries
in the accounting ledgers for all three businesses.

•Maintain and regularly update a travel
cost tracker covering all three businesses.

•Manage and support travel cost monitoring
and control, ensuring proper tracking and reporting of expenses across all
three businesses.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or expense management.
