Talent Acquisition Associate - Compliance and Onboarding
Ensures compliance of new hires to pre-employment requirements through education and consistent reminders.
Assists new hires in getting pre-employments that require internet access which includes but not limited to NBI clearance, Philhealth, Tax ID, SSS, Pag-Ibig Number.
Collects and files the submitted pre-employment requirements for HRIS submission.
Reviews, collects and sends the submitted new hire background verification forms.
Monitors and files the completion results for background investigation.
Ensures new hire’s completion of pre-employment medical examinations.\Prepares reports to show submission/completion rates.
Regularly meets with recruitment operations to provide direction on who to endorse to training based on the completion rates (As applicable to specific program requirements).
Regularly meets with HRIS on the completion of transmitted pre-employment requirement documents.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources Management or equivalent
Proficient in MS Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Power Point
Knowledge of general recruitment processes and testing would be an advantage
Previous experience in BPO recruitment is an advantage
Must be amenable to work in shifting schedules,
Must be flexible in working nights and rotating schedules, holidays and weekends
