About the Role

We’re hiring a ClickUp Project Manager for a full remote, fixed day-shift role to take ownership of our project management systems. You’ll be the go-to person for building dashboards, tracking efficiency, forecasting resources, and ensuring our workflows scale smoothly. This role blends operations with systems building — you’ll be shaping how our team works day-to-day while continuously improving RocketAMS’s operating system.

Key Responsibilities

ClickUp Leadership

• Own, maintain, and optimize our ClickUp workspace.
• Build advanced dashboards, views, and reports to give leaders visibility into workload, performance, and deadlines.
• Track time spent across clients and projects, surfacing insights on efficiency and capacity.
• Forecast resource needs and proactively flag bandwidth issues.
• Ensure all tasks are properly logged, updated, and tracked with consistency across the agency.

Operations & Reporting

• Centralize recurring tasks and reporting processes for easier oversight.
• Deliver weekly/monthly reports on team performance, resource utilization, and efficiency metrics.
• Create systems that improve accountability and transparency across pods and departments.
• Partner with leadership to improve resourcing decisions and long-term planning.

Systems & Integrations

• Build and improve workflows to reduce bottlenecks and manual work.
• Integrate ClickUp with other tools (e.g., Slack, Google Drive, reporting platforms, Zapier/Make).
• Maintain clean, scalable structures as the agency grows.
• Document SOPs, create training materials, and onboard new team members into ClickUp best practices.

• Extensive experience with ClickUp — not just as a user, but as a builder (dashboards, automations, custom fields, reporting).
• ClickUp Certified Expert preferred (or equivalent certification/track record).
• Proven ability to manage operations, resource forecasting, and project reporting.
• Strong understanding of automation tools and integrations (Zapier, Make, APIs).
• Highly detail-oriented — accuracy and consistency are non-negotiable.
• Strong communication skills and ability to train/onboard others.
• A self-starter who thrives without micromanagement.
