JOB DESCRIPTION FOR A CLIENT ACCOUNT MANAGER
Your Responsibilities as Client Account Manager would be: • Understand the company vision, mission, and conduct themselves in the same manner. • You are expected to understand your clients’ marketplace and develop a growth strategies to meet your client needs and opportunities • Prepare amendments to sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and staff, and the internal team. • Responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships ensuring clients’ satisfaction, retention, and business growth. • Develop a deep understanding of each client's business, industry, and goals to proactively identify opportunities for value creation and service improvement. • Collaborate with internal team to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations. • Facilitate recruitment process by opening roles, screening endorsed applicants, recommending qualified candidates, setting up and hosting initial and client interviews, coordinating with incubators and recruitment team as well as gathering feedback until hiring process is completed to initiate onboarding process. • Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients and their staff to provide updates on project progress, discuss performance metrics, and gather feedback. • Work with clients and client staff to ensure performance reviews are carried out and fair. As required you will need to work with clients and client staff on performance improvement plans if needed. • Maintain accurate records of client engagements and documents as required • Anticipate and address client concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner. • Act as a one of the strategic advisors to clients along with Leadership Team, offering insights, recommendations, and solutions to optimize their offshoring strategies and achieve business objectives. • Onboard new client-staff for existing clients (Organic Growth), ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into the company’s processes that can be aligned to their business needs. • Provide quotations for new incoming staff – both direct and internal hires or transitioning staff. • Monitor attendance, leave requests, evaluations, staff enquiries, emails, and tickets, ensuring follow-ups are made to efficiently process as required. • Keep track of invoices ensuring payments are made regularly on time. • Expected to be available after shift hours (client visits – in office and offsite, urgent concerns, etc.). • Create/formulate Job Descriptions and open roles on CRM for sourcing. • Managing/filing documents and templates on CRM database and WorkDrive. • Assist on VISA processing by communicating with the travel agency to gather quotes to be sent to clients, and meeting with staff for their concerns. • Arranging transportation needs, meeting room bookings, preparing tokens of appreciation such as gifts, cakes, deliveries of goodies, etc. • Maintaining records on Zoho People and Skype groups. • Updating reports directly on CRM and excel/spreadsheets such as Huddle Hired & Talent Acquisition Stage, Projected Seats, Attrition Reports, DST, etc. • Maintaining a tracker and sending out notifications for signed Job Offers and Employment Contracts to directly inform IT, Finance, and Sales EA Team. • Keeping records of incubator requests for NTEs, PIPs, and Staff resignations.
Qualifications as Client Account Manager: • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, management, or a related field. • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Client Account Manager in the BPO industry, or related role within the offshoring industry is required. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients at all levels of the organization. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering value and driving results for clients and the organization. • Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in incubator interactions and detailed documentation. • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, email and calendar management, database, and other relevant tools and technologies.
