Job Description - Client Acquisition Manager

Role: Client Acquisition Manager (Makati | Onsite)

Candidate Profile:

Degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
3–7 years of BPO/outsourcing sales or business development experience.
Strong grasp of BPO service models and industry trends.
Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and high-level negotiations.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead Acquisition: Prospect new business via networking, cold outreach, and digital channels across various verticals (CS, Tech Support, Back Office).
Sales Execution: Create and deliver strategic sales plans, tailored proposals, and RFP responses to hit revenue goals.
Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for new accounts, building long-term relationships through customized solutions.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry shifts to identify growth opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Ops, HR, and Finance for seamless client onboarding and maintain detailed pipeline reporting for leadership.
