Client Finance Manager

Position: Client Finance Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Finance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and a proven track record of managing client relationships. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial needs of our clients, developing financial plans, and providing strategic financial advice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as their primary point of contact for all financial matters

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing high-quality financial advice and exceptional customer service

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and create comprehensive financial plans to help clients achieve their financial goals

- Monitor and review client portfolios to ensure they are aligned with their financial objectives and make recommendations for adjustments when necessary

- Stay up-to-date on market trends and changes in the financial industry to provide clients with the most current and relevant advice

- Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement strategies for business growth and client retention

- Ensure compliance with all relevant US laws, regulations, and company policies

- Provide regular reports and updates to management on client portfolios and financial performance

- Prepare accounts receivable and review the month close, reporting billing, and other admin/ad-hoc tasks. 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field

- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Marketing Agency, Advertising and other similar industry

- Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment management, and risk management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

- Proven track record of managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service

- Ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound recommendations

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in MS Office and financial software, Netsuite experience is a good to have

- CPA or CFA certification is a plus

- US GAAP experience is a plus
