Partner with your client relationship marketing Financial Services lead to support our marketers organize their work, execute and support fully integrated marketing and communication strategies for high and medium opportunity clients across the Asia Pacific and ANZ regions.
Orchestrate with your team to work towards business priorities
Curate content and experiences that our clients truly need and serve them up
Support client relationship marketing activities, including experiences, client mapping, 360° value reports, messaging sessions, people engagement strategies, and more
Research what we need to know about our key buyers, using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Use SynOps and other leading technologies to help us know our and prioritize our marketing work
Measure our marketing against agreed-upon success measures and use feedback loops for continuous improvement
Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent
Strong business acumen, good knowledge company's area of business and overall business strategy or previous experience in the Public Sector
4+ years hands-on marketing experience, ideally in professional services or other B2B organisation(s). Account based marketing or pursuit / deal-based marketing experience highly desirable
Broad marketing skill set, including campaign management, deliverable development and measurement and reporting. Demonstrable experience in using different channels, including social media, email and direct mail.
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
Strong written and oral communication skills, with ability to present and convey ideas clearly and persuasively at all levels
Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate and build relationships at senior levels within a large, matrixed organisation
Possess leadership qualities and is a team player with great interpersonal skills and strong collaboration skills
Act as the advocate for our clients and exemplify modern data-led marketing
Fuel success by acting as a steward across One M+C (Marketing + Communications) function and one client relationship marketing team
Drive differentiation for campaigns through creativity, flair and innovative thinking
Enthusiasm, passion for marketing and can-do attitude
Technical Skills
Experience with Salesforce or similar client relationship management platform desirable, e.g., managing client interactions, reporting, campaign set up
Experience using Eloqua (or similar email platform), LinkedIn Sales Navigator desirable
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Design skills are nice to have, but not essential
Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree graduate
At least 4 years Hands-on marketing experience, ideally in professional services or other B2B organization. Account based marketing or pursuit / deal-based marketing experience highly desirable
