- Detect and resolve client issues and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.
- Implement proactive measures to avert future issues.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Harness data and analytics to evaluate client satisfaction, monitor performance metrics, and underpin decision-making with data-driven insights.
- Produce regular reports for clients and senior management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to harmonize client needs with company offerings and strategies.
Budget Management:
- Manage budgets related to client services with a keen eye on cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance and offer recommendations for enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Prior experience in an Offshore Staffing Company is preferred.
- Possess a track record of 10 years in client services or account management, with at least 7 years spent in a leadership role.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of the offshore staffing industry and the unique needs within this sector.
- Demonstrate outstanding leadership and team management skills.
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A verifiable history of developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Exhibit strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
