  • Establish and sustain robust, enduring relationships with our clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of client needs, objectives, and challenges, enabling the provision of tailored solutions and services.
  • Uphold a high standard of client satisfaction and nurture client loyalty.
  • Lead, mentor, and oversee the client services team, fostering a culture that champions excellence and teamwork.
  • Define clear performance objectives and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.

Strategic Planning:

  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop and execute strategic plans that are harmonious with their business objectives.
  • Discern opportunities to broaden service offerings and stimulate revenue growth through upselling.

Client Communication:

  • Communicate with clients adeptly, delivering updates, progress reports, and addressing any concerns or issues with swiftness and effectiveness.
  • Guarantee transparent and consistent communication within the client services team.

Problem Resolution:

  • Detect and resolve client issues and conflicts in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Implement proactive measures to avert future issues.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Harness data and analytics to evaluate client satisfaction, monitor performance metrics, and underpin decision-making with data-driven insights.
  • Produce regular reports for clients and senior management.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and product development, to harmonize client needs with company offerings and strategies.

Budget Management:

  • Manage budgets related to client services with a keen eye on cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance and offer recommendations for enhancements.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Prior experience in an Offshore Staffing Company is preferred.
  • Possess a track record of 10 years in client services or account management, with at least 7 years spent in a leadership role.
  • Exhibit a deep understanding of the offshore staffing industry and the unique needs within this sector.
  • Demonstrate outstanding leadership and team management skills.
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A verifiable history of developing and maintaining client relationships.
  • Exhibit strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
