Qualifications  



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field 



  • 1+ years of experience in admin support, operations, or client services 



  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace, including Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, and PowerPoint/Slides  



  • Experience with data cleaning, preparation, visualization, management, and analysis 



  • Able to maintain accuracy and meet deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment 



  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and interpret data to understand tasks and requirements 



  • Experience with HubSpot and Asana preferred 



  • Background in digital marketing, marketing, or multifamily is a plus 



  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 



  • Excellent written and verbal communication 



  • Ability to follow established workflows and meet deadlines

A Day in the Life 



As the Client Support Coordinator,
you make sure projects, communication, and client needs stay on track. You manage details, maintain systems, and make sure everything behind the scenes runs with precision and efficiency. 



Responsibilities include:  



  • Complete internal tasks that support the success and delivery of client campaigns 



  • Keep tracking systems and records up to date to ensure visibility and accuracy 



  • Assist with audit processes by gathering data, reviewing details, and flagging inconsistencies 



  • Compile, analyze, and interpreting client and campaign data to create accurate reports and identify actionable insights that support performance tracking and decision-making 



  • Manage shared inbox requests, responding promptly and routing items as needed 



  • Contribute to team efficiency through timelyaccurate execution of day-to-day responsibilities 

  • Other duties as assigned
