Job Description - Client Support Manager (Philippines) - INTERNAL USE ONLY

Client Success Support Manager – PH (Work from Home) • FULL TIME

The Client Support Manager candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented leader who thrives in operational efficiency and process optimization. Qualified candidates will possess: 




  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field with 2-3 years of leadership experience.  

  • Proven ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and ensure high-quality execution. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high sense of urgency to streamline processes and improve efficiency. 

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster collaboration and guide team members. 

  • Ability to oversee task completion, track performance metrics, and drive operational improvements. 

  • Experience in managing workflows, reporting, and maintaining high service standards. 

  • Passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and creating a strong team culture.  

  • Passionate about client advocacy and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences. 



What Will You Do at Intrinsic Digital? 



The Client Support Manager will oversee the Support Pod team, ensuring operational tasks are handled efficiently and processes run smoothly. This role involves managing workloads, improving workflows, and aligning operational support with Client Success team objectives. 




  • Oversee and manage the CS Support team, ensuring seamless collaboration and efficiency. 

  • Act as the primary liaison between the CS team and the Support team, ensuring alignment of goals and expectations. 

  • Lead check-ins with team members, provide direction, and ensure timely task completion. 

  • Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements to enhance team performance. 

  • Maintain task organization and workflow documentation for consistent execution. 

  • Monitor and evaluate performance, provide feedback, and support professional growth. 

  • Ensure monthly recommendations, reporting, and operational updates are completed accurately and on schedule. 

  • Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
