Cloud Billing Specialist I

Location: This is a hybrid opportunity where you will work once a week in the office. Our office location is at 10th and 11th Floor Robinsons Cyber Omega, Pearl Drive, Ortigas Center, Pasig City, Metro Manila, Philippines 1605

As a Cloud Billing Specialist I, you are responsible for managing and optimizing cloud service billing, ensuring accurate cost allocation, and providing financial insights into cloud expenditures. This role requires a strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), billing models, and financial principles. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying cost-saving opportunities. Along the way, you will get to:
 

• Monitor and analyze cloud service usage and costs across various platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.). 

• Sets up, updates and maintains cloud contract and projects. 

• Generate and review monthly cloud billing reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness. 

• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and issues with cloud providers. 

• Manage billing accounts, subscriptions, and cost centers within cloud platforms. 
   

We are looking for a Cloud Billing Specialist I with:

• Bachelor’s Degree in BS Accounting or any 4-year billing related course. 

• At least 1-2 years of billing experience and other related financial skills. 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must

• Sap experience is a plus

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
