Cloud Engineering Manager

·        Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

·        7+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, with a focus on cloud technologies.

·        2+ years of experience leading and managing high performing teams.

·        Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services focused on Data Platform. e.g. Composer, BigQuery, DataFlow, DataProc GKE, Cloud Storage, Cloud SQL, Firewall, IAP etc.

·        Higher degree of proficiency in Terraform - Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

·        Security is paramount and hence solid security experience with leading tools such as Wiz, SCC, Snyk etc. and lead Infrastructure GRC, Audit.

·        Experience with Vertex AI suite of service(s), if any past experience of building production grade AI system is an added advantage.

·        Cloud Networking, VPN, SDWAN, NAT GW, FireWall etc.

·        Cloud Cost management.

·        Proven leadership and management skills, with experience leading engineering teams.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

·        Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• GCP certifications, such as Professional Cloud Architect or Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, are preferred.
• Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
