We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer with strong Mozaik software expertise and proven Australian industry experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating accurate CNC programs, preparing production-ready drawings, and supporting cabinet manufacturing operations for Australian projects.

This role is ideal for someone with a background in cabinetry, joinery, or furniture manufacturing who understands Australian standards, production workflows, and cabinetry construction methods.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and modify CNC programs using Mozaik software
• Prepare cabinet and joinery layouts based on architectural and shop drawings
• Generate cutting lists, nesting, and machining files for CNC production
• Ensure programs are optimized for production efficiency and material usage
• Review technical drawings and specifications for accuracy
• Coordinate with designers, production teams, and project managers
• Troubleshoot CNC programming and machining issues
• Maintain quality standards and ensure compliance with Australian manufacturing requirements
• Assist in improving workflow and production processes

Mandatory Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer using Mozaik
• Proven experience as a draftsperson using Mozaik
• Previous work experience with Australian cabinetmaking/joinery companies
• Strong understanding of Australian cabinetry standards and manufacturing processes
• Experience preparing CNC-ready files and production documentation
• Ability to read and interpret technical and architectural drawings

Preferred Skills

• Experience in cabinetmaking, furniture manufacturing, or joinery
• Knowledge of CNC machinery operations
• Experience working in an offshore support environment is preferred

This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
