Job Description - Cold Call Sales Specialist

As a Cold Call Sales Specialist (CCSS), you will play a key role in driving growth by generating new leads, qualifying prospects, and closing deals through outbound phone calls to potential clients. Your efforts will be instrumental in building a robust pipeline of qualified leads and securing new business opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

● Identifying and engaging potential new business prospects to establish relationships.
● Creating and managing a database of potential clients and pursuing future business opportunities.
● Monitoring and documenting account activities.
● Conducting outbound calls and handling inbound calls to meet weekly and monthly goals.
● Qualifying leads and scheduling appointments for the Sales Team.
● Organizing demo schedules for the Sales Team.
● Conducting email marketing campaigns and follow-ups.
● Providing clients with information about the basic features and services offered.

Experience, Qualifications and Qualities we look for:

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
● Demonstrated success as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or Lead Generation Specialist. Proven track record of consistently surpassing targets.
● Possess extensive knowledge of effective lead mining and generation strategies, including the ability to identify and nurture new business prospects from diverse sources, along with proficiency in industry best practices.
● Motivated, driven, tech-savvy, and sociable self-starters (No experience required; we will train the right candidate).
● Exceptional multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
● Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
● Ability to build strong relationships at all levels throughout an organization in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
● Results-oriented individuals with a strong financial motivation.
● Coachable candidates eager to create videos for sales outreach.
● Organized individuals capable of entering potential leads into our CRM and adhering to agency standards.
● Desired Skills: Problem-solving, attention to detail, digital mindset, data organization, time and calendar management, excellent English grammar, experience in marketing writing, Amazon experience (a plus), product and keyword research skills, exceptional attention to detail, proficiency in digital troubleshooting.
● Desired Technical Background: Proficiency in digital troubleshooting, familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Google Sheets, Google Docs, PPC; bonus points for being an Amazon Prime customer.
● Able to work in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (UTC-05:00)
● Set up to work from home with a stable internet connection and a quiet area in order to communicate with clients and team meetings.

Bonus Points:

● Remote experience.
● E-commerce experience (Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
● Familiarity with Asana, Slack, Hubstaff and Google Suites.
● Have worked in a company whose customers are brands and sellers on Amazon.
● Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Hubspot) and sales tools for lead management.

Additional requirements:

o Able to demonstrate with 3 to 4 years of related experience.
o Strong understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including Seller Central platform.
o Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude, especially in a fast-paced,
dynamic business environment.
o Motivated, driven, tech-savvy individuals with strong problem-solving skills.
o Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
o Ability to build strong relationships at all levels throughout an organization in a collaborative and
multicultural environment.
o Proficient in using MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and performance tracking.
o An excellent written and verbal communicator in the English language.
o Able to work in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (UTC-05:00)
o Set up to work from home with a stable internet connection and quiet area for client and team
meetings.
