Job Description - Cold Call Sales Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Cold Call Sales Specialist to join our client, a fast-growing e-commerce retail and wholesale distribution company, headquartered in San Francisco, the technology hub of Silicon Valley, United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential new business prospects to establish relationships.
  • Create and manage a database of potential clients and pursue future business opportunities.
  • Monitoring and documenting account activities.
  • Conduct outbound calls and handle inbound calls to meet weekly and monthly goals.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the Sales Team.
  • Organize demo schedules for the Sales Team.
  • Conduct email marketing campaigns and follow-ups.
  • Provide clients with information about the basic features and services offered.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Prior experience as an Appointment Setter, Cold Caller, Telemarketer, or Lead Generation Specialist.
  • Proven track record of surpassing targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of lead mining and generation strategies; able to identify and nurture new business prospects.
  • Motivated, driven, tech-savvy, and sociable self-starters (no experience needed; training provided).
  • Exceptional multi-tasking and time-management skills.
  • Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills (English).
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels in a collaborative, multicultural environment.
  • Results-oriented with strong financial motivation.
  • Coachable, and eager to create sales outreach videos.
  • Attention to detail, capable of entering leads into CRM and adhering to standards.
  • Proficiency in digital troubleshooting, familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and PPC; plus point for being an Amazon Prime customer.
  • Able to work in EST (UTC-05:00) with a stable internet connection and quiet work area for client and team communications.
  • Prior E-commerce experience (Amazon, Walmart, Etsy, eBay, Shopify, etc.) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Asana, Slack, Hubstaff, and Google Suites is a plus.
