About the position:

As the Staff Accountant, Accounts Receivables-Payment Collection, you will have broad responsibilities across all functions, including exposure to accounting, reporting and analysis. This role is for someone who work closely with global accounting team who will assist on managing and collecting payments from customers, and other closing tasks.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Paymentcollection,emailsandphonecallreminders,dealwithissuesofpaymentcollection.
• The2ndand3rdyears’purchaseordercollectionofmulti-yearpurchaseagreement.
• Internaltasksescalationandworkingcloselywithsalesdepartment,legaldepartment,andoversea customers.
• Datasupportforaccountingreports and other related tasks.

What you will bring to our team:

• Bachelor’sdegreeoraboveandmajoredinEnglishorEconomicsispreferred.
• At least 3+ years of payment collection experience.
• Hardworking with high attention to detail.
• FamiliarwithMSoffice,especiallyExcel.
