Collections Officer - Ortigas

Our Consumer Lending Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Ortigas in the role of Collections Officer. As a Collections Officer, you will be responsible for managing long-outstanding auto loan accounts by performing account reconciliation, processing adjustments, and executing necessary collection actions. Your role supports the resolution of delinquent accounts and contributes to the achievement of collection targets.

What the role will entail:

• Reconcile and review auto loan accounts to support timely collection and resolution
• Implement account maintenance such as reversals, adjustments, and client information updates
• Record all collection actions accurately in the system
• Endorse accounts for skip tracing, field visits, or repossession when necessary
• Facilitate insurance claims and process redemption requests
• Respond to customer concerns professionally and resolve issues within standard timelines
• Assist in achieving unit targets by supporting co-collections associates

What were looking for:

• Graduate of any four-year course, preferably in Business, Accountancy, Management, or Finance
• At least 1 year of experience in credit or collections, preferably in auto or consumer loans
• Working knowledge of collections processes and basic banking operations
• Detail-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills
