Commercial Director

We are searching for a dynamic leader as the Director of Commercial , reporting directly to the GM and overseeing revenue management for a prestigious 5-star hotel property. If you have a passion for luxury, a modern approach to sales, and a background in high-volume Asian city properties, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue management through all channels for the hotel property.
• Lead and optimise Reservations, Room Sales, F&B, and Catering Services.
• Implement and maintain high standards in line with a luxury brand or large-scale Asian city property.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Luxury brand background or experience in a 400+ room Asian city property.
• Proven track record in a high-volume city (Asian) environment.
• Strong sales and revenue management background.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a professional approach.

Key Requirements:

• Passion for selling luxury experiences.
• Modern approach to sales and revenue management practices.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with subordinates and executive management.
• Autonomy and freedom to execute strategies with a professional and entrepreneurial mindset.

Remuneration:

Salary ranging between MYR 25,000 to RM 30,000 (USD 5,200 – USD 6,300) gross per month, negotiable.
