Location / Shift Clark Office, Night Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description The Commercial Office Furniture Planner we are looking for will interpret client needs and requirements, design and quote products in line with our design philosophy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations and production to ensure designs meet both creative and practical requirements. Other responsibilities include:

• ● Select appropriate materials, finishes and techniques to achieve desired aesthetics and functionality.
• ● Provide quick and accurate quotes for small to large sized projects.
• ● Render design ideas in the form of 3D renderings to visualize our products in the customer workspace.

• ● Work with our sales team and customers to provide quotes and drawings on small, mid-size, and large projects
• ● Provide customers with supporting information on project submissions
• ● Support our Sales team with providing timely customer communication

Qualifications

• ● 3-5 years’ experience in a design/specifying role within the office furniture industry
• ● Post-secondary education, Design
• ● Working knowledge of CRM software
• ● Experience in Configura - CET design software preferred
• ● Some knowledge of drawing programs, ideally CET, CAD & SketchUp
