Communications Manager

Our US-based client is seeking an accomplished Communications Manager to spearhead internal and franchise communications within a rapidly expanding network. In this pivotal role, you will craft high-impact, engaging communications that strengthen connections between the franchisor, franchisees, and agents through clear, consistent, and compelling messaging.

The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a proven track record managing cross-platform communications, designing engaging email campaigns, and driving audience engagement through strategic messaging.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement communication strategies tailored to the franchise network.

• Write engaging emails, newsletters, announcements, and internal communications.

• Create captivating content across a variety of communication channels.

• Boost engagement and ensure that key messages effectively reach franchisees and agents.

• Collaborate with leadership to communicate business updates, new initiatives, campaigns, and company announcements.

• Uphold a consistent brand voice throughout all communications.

• Edit, proofread, and optimize content for clarity, professionalism, and maximum impact.

• Manage communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of all messaging.

• Monitor engagement metrics and advise on improvements to communication strategies.

• Support communication initiatives for company events, campaigns, and major announcements.

Requirements

Essential

• Demonstrated experience in Communications, Corporate Communications, Internal Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.

• Exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.

• Advanced copywriting, editing, and proofreading abilities.

• Experience designing engaging email campaigns and business communications.

• Proficient managing communications across multiple digital platforms.

• Strong project management and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.

Highly Desirable

• Previous experience supporting franchise or multi-location businesses.

• Experience collaborating with US-based organizations.

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor).

• Experience using content creation tools such as Canva.

• Understanding of communication analytics and engagement reporting.
