Communications Trainer

Work Setup: Hybrid (Onsite during training period) | Cebu

Shift: 12PM - 9PM | Fixed weekends off

Qualifications:

• At least High school Graduate (High school / Senior HS)
• With at least 1 year experience as a Trainer (any field).
• Open to process trainers, even if they come from non-BPO industries.
• Excellent English Communication skills.
• Exposure to American culture is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Needs Assessment: Evaluating the current communication abilities of individuals or teams to identify areas for improvement.
• Curriculum Development: Designing and developing training materials, workshops, lesson plans, and resources tailored to specific communication needs.
• Training Delivery: Facilitating workshops, classes, and seminars to teach effective communication strategies, including public speaking, interpersonal skills, professional development, and interview preparation.
• Feedback and Coaching: Providing constructive criticism and coaching to trainees during sessions to help them improve their verbal, written, and listening skills, as well as body language.
