How You Will Make An Impact In The Role
Responsible for engaging and growing a community dedicated to financial wellbeing building strong relationships and creating meaningful interactions online and offline with Filipino Gen-Z and Millennial audiences.

What You Will Do
Community Management on Socials
Act as the voice of the brand in social media channels and online forums.
Respond to customer queries, comments, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Develop and execute community engagement campaigns to increase brand loyalty.
Events and Community-Building Events
Organize events, webinars, and meetups for users and partners.
Build collaborations with KOLs (Key Online Influencers) and other online communities to grow financial wellness for Gen-Zs and Millennials
Organize community events online and offline
Insights
Monitor community sentiment and provide insights to improve user experience.
Track key community-building metrics, such as engagement and sentiment, to evaluate performance.
