•    5 years of experience in customer service in games, media, digital products or related field.
•    Experience moderating forum discussions.
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•    Experience in online gaming environment.
•    Must be self-motivated and have strong organizational skills.
•    Experience CRM tools as well as listening and publishing tools.
•    Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
•    Willing to work in Makati office
