Job Description - Community Manager

Social Media Management 

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals 
  • Create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms 
  • Analyze current marketing efforts to pinpoint weaknesses and make improvements 
  • Collaborate with other marketing experts to develop cross -channel assets 
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions to foster community engagement 
  • Leverage social media trends to gain traction and amplify following 
  • Ensure all assets are on brand and in line with company values and goals 
  • Set, monitor and react to information gleaned from key performance indicators (KPIs) 
  • Manage social media advertising budgets 
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices 
  • Manage social media tools and platforms used for scheduling, listening and analytics 
Other Services 
  • Prepares and processes documents for ASC, DTI, FDA, and other similar applications 
  • Prepare Social Listening reports and other related tasks 
  • Participation in the Strategic Services training program, which offers specialists the unique opportunity to explore other aspects of working in a digital agency such as campaign planning, content creation, production, PR, and account management. This has allowed participants to either successfully transition to other groups within the company or become key players in growing new verticals.
