  • Help in Social Media Strategy creation, planning, management, optimization, and reporting.
  • Help in creating social content strategy, content production, content curation, content posting, and content distribution.
  • Management of brands/communities handles by responding to inquiries received by the page on comments, DM, wall posts, etc.
  • Usage of tools like Talkwalker, SocialBakers, and other resources and tools available along with the platform’s native tool.
  • Client management and servicing
  • Coordination with 2nd and 3rd party suppliers and deliver the right solution for client campaign as and when needed.
  • Working on Media Reviews & Competition check on regular basis.
  • Team Player: should be very collaborative and should work with the team in a seamless manner.
  • Assisting other Digital Strategist, Business Unit (BU) head, and Digital Director to ensure deliverables are being met on time.
  • Performing all other day-to-day task for digital and social media
