Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40+ hours / week

Job Description:

Jacob Immigration Consultancy Services Inc. is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Company Messenger / Utility. This position is vital to the smooth operations of our office and requires a responsible individual who can handle various tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Delivery and pick up of documents to and from various clients
- Assist with general office errands, such as grocery shopping, banking transactions, and other miscellaneous tasks
- Responsible for the maintenance and cleanliness of office premises
- Assist with basic office administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying
- Other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a messenger or utility staff is preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Metro Manila area is a plus
