Job Description - Company Nurse

Are you passionate about promoting health and wellness in the workplace?
We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Company Nurse to be part of our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing immediate medical attention, managing employee health concerns, and supporting occupational safety programs. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a healthy, safe, and productive work environment for all.

What you will do as a Company Nurse

Clinic Nurse Responsibilities

Provide first aid, monitor vital signs, conduct health interviews, and dispense medication.

Assess employee health and recommend return-to-work or send-home decisions.
Refer to or transport employees to hospitals when needed.
Maintain medical inventory and process purchase requests to ensure supply availability.
Conduct home visits for chronic or long-term sick employees.
Keep confidential medical records up to date.
Prepare and submit health reports to management and relevant agencies.
Handle HMO and insurance concerns Human Capital and providers.
Review pre-employment/annual medical results and coordinate with Recruitment.
Manage work-related health cases, investigations, and follow-ups.
Work with Company Physician, Safety Officer, and Occupational Health Doctor for treatment and DOLE compliance.
Enforce clinic policies and procedures.
Support special projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field is required.
Must hold a valid Professional License (Registered Nurse) in accordance with national regulatory standards.
Certification as an Occupational Health and Safety Officer (COSH) is preferred, but not mandatory.
Experience in clinical or occupational health settings is an advantage.
