Company Nurse

• Administers first aid treatment and/or dressing in case of injury or sudden illness of the employees or guest, whether such injury is work related or not.
• Assist in conducting pre-employment and regular medical examination and treatment.
• Dispenses symptomatic medications after thorough history-taking and physical examination in the absence of the physician.
• Attends to employees and guests complain (health related) by taking and recording vital signs, chief complaints, treatment and medication given in a separate logbook.
• Issues medical clearance, for employees who went on sick leave, certifying employee’s capabilities to report back to work.
• Advises employees to rest/go on sick leave when necessary.
• Conducts home visit of employees on sick leave upon request of supervisors/ department head to check and verify their medical condition.
• Reports results of home visit to HRM Department and involve Department head
• Accompanies sick/injured employee home or to hospital when necessary for prompt medical attention.

Minimum Job Requirement

1. Registered Nurse

2. First Aid and Basic Life Support Training

3. OHNAP Certificate

4. At least 6 months to 1 year experience in the same field
