Your role & responsibilities

• Administer first aid treatment and medication to employees as necessary
• Assist in the monitoring and management of employee health and safety
• Conduct regular health and wellness programs for employees
• Coordinate with external healthcare providers as necessary
• Assist in benefits administration, including HMO enrollment and claims management
• Educate employees on health and safety practices and policies
• Collaborate with the HR team in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to employee health and safety

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing and current license to practice as a registered nurse
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in GSuite applications
• Willingness to learn and be trained in HR work specifically benefits administration
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is a plus
