Job Description - Company Nurse/HR
I. Human Resources Department FunctionsA. Administrative for Records1.Direct Hire and 3PS Records Keeping for both hard copy and soft copy.2.Properly checking the supporting documents of all company tools of trade before issuance.3.Ensuring all company tools of trade are monitored after issuance.4.Daily & Monthly monitoring of Direct Hire work attendance.5.Monitoring and issuing of attention for Improvement slip & Incident Reports to those employees who failed to follow company protocols.6.Assisting employees on filing SSS sickness notification and submitting to HR Payroll forprocessing to SSS.7.Creating and Issuance of employee’s documents such as Non-Compete Agreement, Certificate of Contribution in Phil-health, Certificate of Employment and Travel orders8.Assist performance evaluation of direct employees.9.Creating affidavit of waiver and Quit Claims form for Direct Hire resigned employees.10.In-charge of processing resigned Direct Hire Employees Clearances form.11.Monthly reporting resigned and newly hire employees for SSS, Pag-ibig and Philhealth.12.Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time and assist other HR functions when the need arises.B. Administrative for Health Management1.Process Contract, Renewal and Enrollment of HMO documents (Health Maintenance Organization).2.Schedule and assist the annual physical examinations of all employees.3.Assist all employees’ concern regarding checkups, consultations, emergencies and coordinate it with the HMO provider for the assistance.II. Company Nurse Functions1.Create a clean and comfortable sickbay area.2.Assist all injured employees and bring them to the nearest hospital in case of emergency.3.Administer first aid treatments and provide medications to all employees who are experiencing illness4.4. Secure and ensure that the sick employees submit a “fit to work” certificate upon returning to work5.Interpret and evaluate diagnostic tests based on the verification of medical certificates.6.Ensure that all employee medical records are updated and keep it confidential about injuries and illnesses.7.Monthly inventory of medicines and other medical supplies.8.Develop and implement health and safety programs.9.Promote healthy lifestyle and wellness programs.10.Conduct Health Seminar for all employees.III. DOLE Ambassador and Compliance OfficerSubmission of the ff:1.Submit Annual Medical Reports to DOLE as part of compliance.2.Helps and contributes in DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) and OSH (Occupational Safety and Health) Compliance such as monitoring, recording, reporting and submitting to HR all the needed requirements.3.Collate annual Occupational Safety Health Program Report and submitting to DOLE as part of compliance.4.Submit Safety Health Organization report and minutes of the meeting and submit to DOLE as part of compliance.5.Completing Annual Work Accidental/Illness Exposure Data Report
