Job Description:

1. Promoting and maintaining the health and well-being of the employees/workers, shall have the following duties and responsibilities:

2. Organize, administer, and maintain an OSH program;

3. Continuously monitor the work environment for health hazards through periodic workplace inspections;

4. Prevent workplace diseases or injuries by establishing proper medical supervision over substances used, processes, and the work environment;

5. Protect employees/workers health through physical examinations, proper placement advice, and health education;

6. Provide medical and minor surgical care to restore the health and earning capacity of injured employees/workers;

7. Maintain and analyze records of all medical cases, and prepare and submit annual medical reports using the appropriate form;

8. Conduct studies on OH within available means and resources;

9. Advise management and labor on all health-related matters; and

10. Perform any other tasks as may be deemed necessary.

Rate: 550 per hour
Schedule: Mon-Wed-Fri; 10am-2pm
