Job Summary Responsible for supervising the activities in compensation and benefits administration, HR systems and records management, and employee movements. The role will also provide support in the development of comprehensive talent retention strategies.

Job Responsibilities • Salary Administration: Responsible for overseeing various aspects of compensation management, including timekeeping, salary administration, and ensuring timely salary disbursement to employees.
• Benefits Administration: Responsible for overseeing employee benefits programs, enrollment processes, and service delivery, ensuring prompt resolution of employee concerns.
• HR Systems and Records Management: Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of employee records by managing overall records and systems management processes.

Job Qualifications • Has extensive experience in Compensation and Benefits, Records Management and HR Systems
• Must have years of experience in a supervisory level
• Good command of English language skills both in written and oral.
• Good command of computer skills MS Office, HR Systems
• Has a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management or any business-related course
• Honest and reliable, strong sense of work responsibility
• Has analytical and process improvement skills
• Must be able to work independently
