Compliance Analyst

THIS ROLE

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance Analyst to support our team. This role involves maintaining compliance documentation, tracking regulatory changes, and assisting with both routine and ad-hoc administrative tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Maintain the compliance knowledge repository, including regulatory updates
• Understand and track applicable Acts, Regulations, Notices, Circulars, etc.
• Monitor work items and monthly calls
• Draft compliance checklists, reports, and meeting minutes
• Maintain compliance registers
• Draft and manage onboarding packs and compliance documents
• Support general and ad-hoc administrative tasks

ABOUT YOU

• Minimum diploma in any discipline
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a compliance, legal, regulatory, or administrative support role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered)
• Familiarity with regulatory or compliance frameworks is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
